The grilled cheese sandwich – incorporating melted Lincolnshire Poacher framed by two hefty slices of local E5 Bakehouse white bread – is wonderful eaten between sips of a tangy non-vintage Californian red with 17 grape varieties (…) Sager + Wilde, with is warmth, unpretentious approach to wine and friendly service, feels like somewhere I might want to hibernate if I lived locally…
